  1. Are they these things that are supposed to be added to drinking water to cool it down ? if so i doubted that they did anything as it was brought up on a ferret forum regarding it being used in there drinking water Hi Sweet. No these are suppost to change the PH in the dogs drinking water so there's less nitrogen in the urine, Sites I've come across Are, http://www.dogrocks.co.uk/ http://www.petremedies.co.uk/Misc-Products/Lawn-Health/Dog-Rocks/p-83-208-587/?gclid=CK-v2aHq16MCFVFd4wodXAizvQ http://www.dogrocks.org/ It's' only recently I've come across these and can only advis
  2. Hi All. Over the last month or two I've come across adverts in the wife's gardening mags for 'dog rocks'. These are added to your dogs water bowl to help stop the urine 'burning patches in the lawn'. I'm don't know if anyone has tried these but from my research ( including daughter in law the vet nurse ), the following is what I've been strongly advised. The nitrogen in your dog's urine is in the form of urea. This in NO way comes from his drinking water. It is a by-product of the animals kidney function and no rock on the planet will change that. Please don't give your dog any of the a
  3. Could you please rephrase the question? This site is open to ALL pest controllers that are qualified and insured to undertake this type of work. Its not some big company that is about to wipe you off the face of the earth. I dont see what you are getting at? Having looked at your website, i see you dont even treat wasp nests???? Ease up tiger, all I Was curious about is why you didn't show up on your website as an operative in your own area. If you look at your post from a different angle it looks like you are lookng to make money out of others as in commision but kills itself
  4. I put in an area search for my localiity for any operatives and found none.Brill I thought, Then noticed at bottom of web page they are in Dunstable..........3 miles from me,????????????????????????????????

  10. Anybody know what the new rules are for shipping weapons. I'm thinking of selling one of mine but looking around some of the shop websites recently they state they can only deliver to your nearest airgun outlet as the transaction has to be done face to face due to some new violent crime law. I've copied and pasted this from one site. "Please be aware: Due to the new Violent Crime Reduction Bill and subsequent laws, we are not able to ship air weapons directly to you by mail order. We are however able to send the weapon to your nearest firearms registered dealer, who will then complete
  11. I agree. Used to be on here every night but got fed up with the pr4tts hijacking threads to have a childish bitch at each other. Now have a look occasionally just out of curiosity.
  12. Got mine. 3ft tall,no teeth and a flat head to park the pint.
  13. The last week I've made use of of 3 canine water bottles I got free last year with the dog food we get. They hold 1Ltr each, clip onto your belt and have a fold down trough you squeeze the water into for them to drink from. No makers name on them. But very handy for hot days between my watering holes where they get a pint or two aswell. Nothing wrong with reminding folk about this. It is to easy to go for a quick run meet a mate get involved and end up with sick animals for the sake of a little water. :clapper: :clapper: :clapper:
  14. The round only contacts the foam wipe, It's the final part of the silencing process. There are many technical publications on the subject which mention these. How do these "wipes" affect accuracy, surely to only contact you wan is in the barrel, anything else would affect the spin on the pellet or distaught its shape. TTHE WIPES DON'T HAVE ANY EFFECT AS THE ARE FOAM
