Canaural is very good you might be able to get it of the internet.Have heard that Thornit powder is good but never used it, you can get that off the internet.Treat the mites ASAP because if left untreated your dog could scratch until it bursts a blood vessel in the ear flap and this in itself can cause other complications..... Had a terrier pup with an umbilical hurnia last year it appeared at about 4 months.I had it operated on at about 5 months old it cost £100(my vets are reasonably priced) it was a very simple procedure the pup went in in the morning and out about 4 or 5 hours later never bothered the pup at all.I know there are different types of hernias and my pup only had fat coming out of the small hole, but it can be more serious if some intestine comes out so get it checked out by the vet. Witton the only thing you do differently is keep them under lock and key when your not there.Mistakes(accidental mating etc.)happen so easily.So keeping to their usual routine is ok just avoid male dog contact at ALL times Ruby

DS,I allways feed mine raw and yes they can get a bit food proud, over it LOL.I would advise you keep your worming upto date I think the round things you found in your tripe was tape worm cysts. Ruby
