    when I think its ready mate ...simple as that really ,the bitch I have now I held back a bit she would of been dead before 12 months otherwise very headstrong type.. but I have seen pups taken from a very early age and start well ...and my old deerhound x dint even look at a rabbit until he was 14 months but that was him more than me ..

    dranny only advise I will give you is don't bother with another dog /pup and put all your time and effort into your 11 month old pup .... without another pup taking your time up he should come on leaps and bounds mate... but its your choice at the end of the day ...that's the reason I only keep 1 now ..
