  1. ? kin el mate, you having anything to eat?!............... ? ?
  2. Rudolph was a goat?! ?
  3. RATSSS!! Sickem, good DAAAGS! ? ............. ? .............. ??
  4. Yep, playing some of those fellas certainly gets you thinking ??
  5. You're afraid of the gym then?
  6. Yep, I get you mate. But, look back, you are/were a miltary man. Look at the difference the training you did 20ish years ago, to what they did even just 40 years ago. World of difference, and a lot safer, and just as, or more, productive.
  7. That's part of the problem mate, your friends/associates egging you you on to lift heavier, big mistake. But, I'll say it again, and have a think about it, conventional squatting is NOT a really safe exercise, for a few reasons, physiologically and kinetically.
  8. No, you're not. Like I said, it's an unnatural position.
  9. I mean the holding of the bar on your upper back/traps. It's not a natural position, especially won't do your lower back any favours.
  10. Leg press, in my case, gave me bigger and better leg developement than squats. Plus, conventional squatting is an unnatural position for the body to be in.
  11. Could well be mate. I just find it more than interesting that beddies, and the breeds I mentioned, are a similar size, have similar coats, are good in water, and have great noses. I know otterhounds have some of those characteristics, but they are much bigger, and 3 times the weight of a beddy, but the other breeds are all very similar in size, coat, colour etc to beddies. I might be way off the mark, but it's an interesting theory. ?
  12. Lol no, I don't, ........ aah yeah, I do actually, now you mention it! Lol ?
  13. It was only pool he could beat me at lol. After about the age of 7, me, 10, him, he wouldn't risk a confrontation ?. Thinking back, about that age was the last time we even had a fairly heated argument ?
  14. Maybe he'd had a few drinks before the exhibition?
  15. Pool. To me, it's nothing like snooker, apart from the obvious. I'm a pretty good pool player, but I have never, and I mean NEVER beaten my brother at pool. He used to run the welsh pool league, and has played world champions in pool, and a few top snooker players in their day, tony meo being one of them, just off the top of my head. We used to go to rob mckenna's, ex pool world champion, for maybe half a day at a time, about 6 or 7 of us, to play fairly regularly. Playing some of those type players is practically pointless, if you expect to win even one game lol.
  16. Yes, he is lol. He's a funny guy ?
  17. Never mind snooker, have you seen the intensity of concentration on those chinese table tennis players?! ?
  18. Lol yes, as far as snooker is concerned. But on the pool circuit he was a bit of a card lol.
  19. They tried to 'jazz the game' up about 10 years ago, by giving the players silly nicknames and getting them to walk/dance to some silly theme tune, when walking down the steps to the table. Will never forget the look of utter contempt on nigel bond's face everytime he was expected to 'waltz' down the steps to some james bond tune! ?. That didn't last long lol.

    AJ vs Pulev

Read articles on the net, and other sources, but not any real in depth stuff yet mate. I know dempsey wouldn't fight him though. The man was incredible, fair play to him. Certainly knew how to live lol ?
