How's the lifting going Lab? You stuck to it, fair play to you. Back to enjoying it again mate. Went through a couple of months of feeling like I couldn't be bothered with it, a mixture of work and other things. But back to it again..4/5 times a week. Started something different now so hopefully see some gains soon. Start the running again in March and by the summer I shall see what's what.

Can't remember the news story but it was a murder anyway. It was 50 plus years ago and they were asking again if anyone remembers anything about the night in question. Then it says that someone has came forward and said they think they remember seeing someone that marks the description. They should shoot that lying c**t!!!

I eat a mcd's meal every day! But then i'm always out walking or on the bike. It's about 5 miles cycling from here to work and back, and i do about 4 miles walking with the dogs a day as well. Keeps it right When you sit in front of Jeremy Kyle all day and only pop out for 10 cheeseburgers, then you've got an issue No need to be having a pop at Scott there mate...lol

Rather have a bit banter and a piss take than sook up each other's arses. Imagine coming on a saying "well done your amazing and correct" all the time. Agree, but still don't understand some of his team setups like last weeks straw weight midfield and an unfit right back !!!! LOVED big Sam laughing at that diving cnut last week, brill. He's made a good living from management for a while mate, he must know something. It's like all them ex footballer pundits giving their halftime full time analysis..... why dont you anymore?? Oh sorry...my Grandad used to make them mate, they were always great. Probably had something to do with the frying pan getting used for everything during the week and not getting washed out....lol Some flavours though. Think I'll give them a bash this weekend...?
