  1. AA all the way Its the best value for money rifle on the market , bar none , and it will do everything you ask of it and more . 177 is going to be best for night time shootinbg as there will be less margin for error when judging distance . At standard you`ll be looking at + shots , and regged you`ll have in access of 120 . A multi shot ( AAS410 ) second hand will set you back about £350-£400 , and the servicing of such a rifle is simple . There not the most popular rifle for nothing Bust
  2. You want it `Tench regged ` mate . Simon Howarth ( Tench or Tweaky ) is based in Derby , im sure there`s a sticky here somewhere
  3. You say you only had the gun 2 weeks ? I would take it straight back in the morning and get the seals changed ( get em all done for your trouble ) . If its brand new it will have the AT fitted and really should`nt have leaked , and also make sure its only filled to 190 MAX ( unless regged then about 210 ) , although AA guages are notoriously `vague` you should always go from the bottle`s guage .
  4. Its only a thought mate You know i love my AA`s
  5. My S410 ( Hunting Rig ) , and MPR-FT ( FT Rig ) and getting either an , S type or an MFR .Going to leave FT / HFT and concentrate on hunting , as i prefer the solitude and am not really competative enough for `comps` . I had toyed with the air ranger , but im not sure . Seems everyone has nothing but praise for the Rapids so i may well give one a go . Only thinking of changing as there`s a guy who`s nagging the shit out of me to buy both my AA`s and i recon i could get a decent rapid with the proceeds .
  6. Put the front mount at the back and the back pne at the front
  7. Used condition , with box leads and instructions ( i think i have them somewhere ) . £45
  8. Think this is best left alone now . ..................
  9. If he were my lad , he`d have a lesson in manners .........................
  10. i was browsing on my phone and did`nt see that you`ve sorted it , thats all PS its `Throw` yourself , not `Through`
  11. yes please , your inbox is full
  12. You`d be better with a HW or a Twink . There is no need to worry about procedure for an air rifle. Having very little knowledge of RF rifles , i cannot comment , but you obviously need to know if the air rifle is a 1/2 inch UNF thread or push on . If its a push on , then you could use an adapter ( if teh said moderator is threaded ) . You could have a word with Davyt63 , Festa , or Marksman for a Twink , im sure they can help with those . Buster. Out of interest , which air rifle would it be for ?
  13. Sneeky , nearly had a Mk1 last year , wish i had but it never turned out . Must admit their some bit of kit , and i may just keep my eye open for a MFR
  14. I think your worrying too much about it . Just get out and have some fun , check it in a month . Honestly , once you`ve been out you`ll forget about it . Its always the same when you fettle a bit , im just as bad believe me
  15. I agree that 11.8 is too high , but i also think there is a tendency to get carried away with the chrony , and especially when its `consistency ` that your looking for . 11.3 - 11.8 , with an average of 11.5 , ive seen worse , much worse .
  16. prick Of course i am , sorry , i would go for the e 10 that you must know so much about , as you have named the 2 most popular air rifles in production today .
  17. Mole 11.3 is fine . Have you changed pellets recently ? Cleaned out the barrel ?
  18. Good for you Oly , i hope you get all your owed . ATVB Buster
