  1. Too true mate carcass all the way.
  2. I took my 410 out wed night to the clay shoot the lads ripped the piss out of me when they saw it. But some of them went home with there arse in their hand when i beat them on the compak sporting .
  3. I had my hob pinched a few weeks back its sole destroying when you put a lot of time into something and some c**t decides to help their selves.
  4. Hit the nail on the head Rake aboot.
  5. The subsonics i use are Eley Extra long 75mm, 18 gram, no 6's. Try a box through your Yildiz and see how they compare to a normal cart.
  6. Yes it doe's mate subsonic means they travel slower than the speed of sound, hence less noise. Sounds a bit like a plank of wood falling over. I use mine on ground where there are Cattle, horses and houses nearby and i have had no complaints up to yet. No sorry i didnt make that clear, i know what subs are I just meant whether the hushpower makes much difference to noise levels of normal carts Why would you not use subsonic carts, surely the idea of having a silenced 410 is to minimise noise levels. Obviously the standard cartridge will be louder than the subsonic.

  8. Is she in kit? Or maybe a phantom pregnancy? I noticed with my Jills after they had been with the hob they became a bit nippy just a thought.
  9. I've got one mate a lot quieter with subsonic. Its a cracking little gun for small vermin. I've been using Eley 3" Magnum subs in mine which provide some excellent kills. Hope this helps.
  10. Ahh come on Dotty do you need a cuddle... lol
  11. Sorry to hear that go round and loose his rabbits out lol.
  12. I'm with rake aboot on this finger down the throat doe's the trick not to much though. Plenty of handling will get them used to you.
  13. Could be mate, you say your previous litters have had defects? Something is obviously wrong somewhere wish i could help you more but its not sounding good.
  14. Open a tin of tuna or salmon and leave it in the pen and make sure there is plenty of water. Sounds to me like the kit has been soley dependant on its mother. Have you only just started to feed them this last week?
  15. Theres 20 mate, 10 Hobs 10 Jills, bred off my 2 best working jills.
  16. I just use my Whippet and Lurcher when im out if theres something in the dogs won't move from the bury. If the dogs don't show no interest i won't even bother dropping a Ferret in. Once you have a bond with your dog and you've been a few times you will learn to trust his instincts. It saves a lot of time and unnecassary netting up.
  17. I wouldn't put them in with the hobs mate . I know what you mean about the cleaning but it surely aint that much of a problem atb Tubba.
  18. It aint to bad Al as i keep them in an old chicken coop with a fold up lid else they would be running out every where.

  20. Heres a pic of my young ferrets getting stuck into a pigeon, aged 8 weeks. They seem to thrive on this diet. Anyone else got pics of their young?
