but theyre not mongrels they are crossbreeds coming from two pedigree parents who's lines can be traced back a mongrel has different parents who's lines are not pedgree.this makes sense to me, although I've always said a crossbreed is mongrel, my lurcher a mongrel and her parents were cross breeds/mongrels but they were well bred mongrols

Tonight I have learnt not to mix concrete in a thunderstorm ⛈ I was actually 20yrds away from being struck by lightning lol ? it blew all the electrics and made me think about writing a will. Don't do this at home kids!!! Lol

i know the feeling mate! I'm in full ppe trying to seal leaking valves that are spewing 500'c steam at 140 bar! It makes you a little sweaty just looking at the job nevermind drilling into it lol ?

i read one thing (might have been a river cottage thing?) that said just use whatever's the cheapest clay wise? Then do a second layer with a load of wood shavings mixed in for insulation, and then a final skim to make it look pretty lol

Has anybody built there own? If so which method did you use and how did it turn out? Also if you bought one instead, which one and again, how does it perform? I'm torn as they are quite expensive to buy but I do want one that gets to a high enough temperature to do proper pizzas. Thanks lads

Got me a greenhouse! So will be better prepared for next year now lol ? had a visit from landlords agent last week and after seeing the work I'd done to stop the old cattle barn falling down, he's given me the nod to access the derelict part of the house ? I've to put an access in to the old greenhouse (that was only accessible from inside previously, in the part of the house that is now bricked up) on the condition that I repair and use the greenhouse.
