I've always found if I'm running short fields not real paddocks ie somewhere like crondoll Bentley Alton you need bursting pace the greyhound or first cross or3/4 greyhound if I'm in Clayton Colchester Cambridge Felixstowe then I like to put a straight saluki bitch to a well bred lurcher sum thing with pace with brains with gears to go up or down or endurance if mr right got up ! All pre ban obviously !!keeping your options open there lol thought a bit of whippet would of helpedlike I said pre ban only but my opinion is that I would never own a whippet let alone put one on a hare but that's ju
I was working in Greenock Scotland about 25yrs ago, driving through the town at 6am and there was a young roe quite happily walking down the middle of the road.
Do any of you lads/lassies use this lamp? If so, how do you rate it and would it be as good as the light force. I have been using the light force 140 for a few years now and for next season i want to buy a 170 variable. The deben make is a bit cheaper and every pound is a prisoner, so if anyone has any experience using the deben please share. Thanks......john.
johnny2, I remember reading somewhere a while back, that of all the sighthounds the whippet has the better nose. The 2 whippet x that I have here certainly have good noses on them.
She is looking well m.
Cheers lads...
JF, your pup is flying it too, id say she will take all round her this time next year, the way she is going... !
Fingers crossed.
OK it wasn't you who started about the price, but have a wee look at your posts on this topic before you start asking the mods to delete mine. I never questioned the lad at all, i know enough of greyhound lads round here to know what the score is. I'm not going to say anymore on the matter as it seems that a few light hearted comments seem to have upset you.
Why the f**k did you start about the price of rabbits then if you were that bothered about what guests will be thinking. the 2posts that you have quoted were only a bit of banter and i don't think the price of rabbits will be bothering the said guests.
Aye, used to think the same, anytime i am back in Scotland now i head down to the ma and da's local bowling club, l must confess though it,s not just to watch a few games, the cheap pints come in handy.
