The one i seen was an adult it must of spotted the dead bunnie in the Gos aviary but not the goshawk and squeazed through for a bit of scran.. i heard the noise going on so i went for a look.. the Hawk was not hungry and seemed to be play chasing the magpie so i thought feck it and left them too it.. when i next went to check the magpie had vanished.. so it went out the same way it came in.. that will have been around the back end of Febuary..

Ornamental Elderberry look's decent and produces a lot of berries.. and ceanothus is a tight evergreen shrub that produces load's of little purple flower that the bee's love..

I would do the same again at a heart beat and more for good genuine folk like yourself.. :yes: ... the only pain i now have is missing that old mule bird's tune as he sure fired this lot up .. ..but my little singer's will get over the greif i am sure.. .. It was rebuilt this morning but even better.. ...as i have put a pile of nesting material in.. ... that one that i bust by accident was made from chickweed..

I would do that bunnys if i had anything fertile to stick under her but i don't at the moment..i have put three nest pan's in so when they do build proper nest's and start to lay i maybe be able to stick the odd goldie or canary egg under them just so they can do what nature intended them to do and raise a few young.. .. i would hate to see them sit clutch after clutch and not rear anything..
