Me and a few lads are having a little comp next season there's some good lads in it and some nice dogs there is even going to be a pure running. All on permission. Feel free to bring him down for a spin.

    Same here mate I think he's genuine enough he's took loads of my pics of and just told me to think next time. But he was straight up and honest.

    It's funny really mate as my old game dealer told me most rabbits in this country are exported to china ??

    I struck gold at the start of this season a young lad 3 doors away started up his own game dealing business. He was giving me £2 per rabbit with the jacket on. In the end to make it easier I gut them in the field lop off there feet and head and put them in the freezer in rows. When I get a few I drop them off to him for abit of money for fuel and swap them for dog meat ....

Mines first There were supposed to be some more of a friends bitch and a pic of mine when he got 2 out of 3 at 12 months old. but photo bucket seems to be playing up. Atb

    I would put some pre ban pics up or pics taken within the law but everytime they get deleted. Be nice if they didn't as this site needs to be more than rabbiting and flushing to the hawk .....

    Mines killed 2 whilst walking cover through and he's killed a couple with my bull/greyhound on the lamp. Obviously not going to be out an out fox dogs but most can deal with the odd 1 or 2. Atb

    Feckin hell mate that second pic is shocking. A dog can become abit "light" when given a lot of sustained work but that is a fecking disgrace .....

    no matter what happened I wouldn't be leaving my dog behing I'd rather get a beating off the keepers or farmer, no proper dog man would leave a dog say you have a few dogs aswell as other hunting gear and a car which will also get taken if your caught,just ask fuji of here what happened to him I've never deserted man dog or ferret when out and I never will. If you haven't got the balls to see the job through you shouldnt be at it simple ......

    Still plenty both on my permissions and other places.had a walk a couple of evenings ago saw 4 in the first field and atleast a dozen in the woodland.

    Ive been lucky enough to own a couple of half decent dogs. But my favourite is my current bull/greyhound gives 100% at everything and never seems to fail to put stuff in the bag ...

    don't get to exited most pure salukis don't cut the mustard, they just lack that little bit extraAnd what is that little extra ???Greyhound blood isn't added to the saluki for the sake of it. It works. And works well I know i have the proof here. But im talking about dogs used purely for the fen. Most coursing men say you should always breed back to the saluki not the greyhound.

    A saluki has more than enough speed for a fenland hare. It also has an inbuilt instinct on how to use it. Im looking forward to seeing this pup run on my land and seeing the qualitys a pure sal has.

    As above i was speaking to a lad yesterday with a pure saluki pup. We were chatting and i asked why did he go for a pure and he said why did i go for a saluki/grey and what benefits did the greyhound bring. So as far as i singlehanded fen dog goes why the greyhound ?? Atb
