Pretty sure the Libyans are not part of the OPEC agreed reduction, along with the Iranians and the Nigerians. Indonesia aren't either after suspending their membership. The market surplus is 2-300k bpd and the expected cuts from OPEC and a few other players is about 1.8m bpd. There's a fair margin for leeway there I think. I think there will be a lot of shale suddenly come on line keeping the price suppressed though. And don't forget global demand continues to increase. We were seeing a production surplus of over 1.5m bpd this time last year. That has closed significantly due to demand

I think it will take some time for Libya to get back to normal though, it is a wreck. I used to work there and it sounds like the infrastructure is destroyed and I doubt the service and oil companies are clamoring to get back in there while it's still unstable.

Nice.....a pal of mine bought a place around Montgomery/Berriew way so ive spent a fair bit of time travelling around North Wales of late Llandudno is a place i really like we havent managed to get as far over as Anglesey yet but its all a smashing part of the world up there. Yeh it's amazing especially if you appreciate the countryside, you have a bit of everything here because of the way the rocks are, if the weather is bad it's just a 30-40 minute drive to the other side of the island for more shelter. Lots of rabbits and hare here as well and not a badger in sight lol There's no grey squir

£160 to kill your dog....there is something very wrong with that...where is the compassion? My dog got a nasty injury when we were here on holiday before moving, he had a huge sack of fluid between his claws. I got absolutely fleeced for 'emergency' weekend treatment, think it cost around 250-300 quid in total...just so they could take a look and give me antibiotics!
