You can buy one and leave it outside till you are ready. Then you can cut an inch off the base before sticking it in the pot

There are different types of tree as well, the old fashioned one with the narrower branches (Norwegian spruce?) don't see to last as long. I think Nordmann Fir or Blue spruce is what we get and they hold their neddles well.

Our woodburners caused us a lot of problems, got to keep watering it but not sure what effect the underfloor heating will have. I'm waiting a bit longer to get mine, it's too early this weekend I probably should wait tbh, but as it's the first Christmas that the boy kind of knows what's going on.....I was conscious of creating the atmosphere! Haha....So do you actually put it in a pot? I use something like this, if it's a little too big (or the trunk too narrow) you just stick blocks of wood inside so the screws keep a firm grip on the trunk. Keep it full of water and check daily

I thought the first series was good, the second OK and the rest samey rubbish. Sons of Anarchy was boring Everyone raved about Breaking bad but I couldn't get past the 1st season. I think Game of thrones was brilliant and if you haven't seen it I recommend The Wire which is one of the best TV series I've ever seen

That is child abuse plane and simple. The idea that someone can be born in the wrong body is utter bullshit, being transgender is a mental illness and many of them will admit it, it's not something to be encouraged as they lead miserable lives and have a high suicide rate even if they have their cock chopped off. I don't think any of them were raped though or am I wrong about this. I wonder how serious this actually was, I'm not saying he wasn't some wierdo but there's a bit of a difference to between rape and looks/touching We had a right freak PE teacher at school, he would stand in the shower block watching everyone and put his arm across the exit so you had to duck under to get past. Everyone knew he was a paedo we would all run through as fast as possible. It wouldn't surprise at all me if he had messed with some of the other kids.

Yep exactly. What is worse is the people actually believe what they're doing is a good thing. The idea that the state should interfere with what kids believe is what is destroying society. In America there are cases where white kids are being taught that they are privileged because of their skin colour and should feel ashamed. There was a program on CH4 (no surprises there) where they were teaching very young kids about sex etc, it is a form of abuse in my opinion.

Thanks mate I agree. It's way to close for the size of it and there's two conifers that have gone mad as well. Apparently the roots are hard to kill and it's very pervasive so I'll need to talk to a tree surgeon first.
