I'm a great believer in personal responsibility. I don't want to blame victims but surely if they want to welcome potential rapists in to the country then they're (and everyone else) are going to have to accept the consequences of their actions. I agree it should be legalised but it has no place in safety critical work. Of course most hippies don't work so we are good to go I guess.... Yeh well that's a big problem for the smokers because it is detectable for weeks. Some people lost their offshore medicals because of that. I guess even though it's not affecting the brain or body there is no way to tell if someone is under the influence or not.
