  4. Hi Pledgey. AA Pellets .......stopped using them for the moment. Might be a good idea to try few of the pellets before ordering in bulk again, just in case your rifle dosnt like your choice. I expect some kind soul will send you a few to try out, I would, but at the moment dont use them. However, if you want to try Defients, I can send you a few of them to trial, PM me your addy if youd like some ATB. Bill.

  9. Hi Darryl. Not tried them yet, but on my list to do Consistancy and quality of the Defients is brilliant, which is what us shooters need..........., some of the gash thats out there is terrible for quality. With the effort we put into selecting, conditioning, and trials, its nice to start off on the right foot from the beggining, if possible. Just out of interest, have a look at a few pellets under a magnifying glass ( A bit anal I know ) but when you see the variations in shape and head size, not to mention varying skirt thickness and balance. Easy to see then why some of u

  20. Hi Badger. I speak from personal experience when I say....CHECK your FTLB readings when you get your rifle back from ANY tuner. I could have been in real shite had I not checked mine, it was running at 13.4 ftlbs on its return from a so called guru. Your responsibility at the end of the day, take nothing for granted.
  21. Hi Darryl. Been watchinng the progress of this thread, and your spot on referb of the TX200. You have made a brilliant job of the rifle, and the woodwork. Just goes to show what can be done to a sadly neglected rifle, with some TLC and patience, well done mate She is certainly returning your love......some PCP shooters would be very pleased with that consistancy and grouping, propper job. Be interestring to see some more chrono readings when she has had time to bed in again ATB. Bill.
  22. Hi Badger. Did you clean your new barrel before you started testing pellets and groupings again? If not, give it a good pull through and try again after cleaning.
  23. Hi Marty. If you havnt had the scope too long and the shop is willing to swop, have a look at one of these. http://www.uttings.c...sf-rifle-scope/ Excellent scope from the Hawke stable, very good in low light conditions One of the best Hawkes Ive owned, and I have had a few Bill.
