    Been working constantly since river opening and my first trip was planned for first weekend next month but the missus has plans this weekend that don't involve me so I'll be out on either the Severn or wye with a rod for pike and a rod for barbel/ chub can't wait anyone heard how either is fishing

    I've been having a few pike recently including a 6lber today before work on mackerel so I've been seriously considering getting into it seriously so just bought myself a nice amber with 2.5lb test meaning I got a great fight outta that 6, and when I go the shop I'll be matching it with a shimano 1000ra and braid

    Fella I worked with had same problem twice. He owned a company and lost that and 50k profit he had in bank. Then lost 10k next divorce round. Said when I met him he now had a swissbank because they don't have to give information out if the British government come calling and so no one can take his money. Maybe worth a go.

    Was out today and had a 10lb ghost koi and my mate had a 20lb (ish) koi on floating bread, secret lake though. One on sinking bread to beat the Rudd and one on fake bread on top

    Only with my mums side of the family and 2 cousins on my dads. Don't bother with about 13 aunties and uncles and even more cousins on dads side because one aunties a grass and went to police on me because 'hunting rabbits with dogs is illegal' the scumbag.

    Been to cheshire fisherys and the carp there are of no decent size, what I'm really looking for if there is anywhere at all is a fishery where there are 10 +'a taking floating bread etc

    Been fishing most of my life and i started getting bored of carp still am to be honest. Got more into predators and i prefer fly fishing to anything else, however, ive got a day off on Monday, i need a new fly line and cant be bothered catching any liveys or using deads / lures so im looking for a venue for monday. Im after carp but id like somewhere where there are quite a few big fish and assuming we get the weather. Id like to catch them on the top. fished pilks in st helens a lot last year and the fish are just not good enough same as the hotties. i visited the ocean once last year but we

    Just a thought, if the ban was repealed, does anyone think the great altcar estate would replenish hare stocks somehow and run the cup again or is the estate now run by lurcher hating keepers? When I was last over there they asked me if I was reminiscing and just sent me on my way but I was only walking my dogs anyway

    Know of quite a few nests this year though, my first red kite nest but can't see it staying both times I've seen it it's been having trouble off ravens

    Been thinking of applying for my sgc but I've decided to wait a few years cos although it's not allowed I can't see our police force giving a 19yr old one

    I'm working in security and don't have any bills to pay and my ma refuses keep so I just save it, I'm 19 so my main plan is to just get a house ASAP but I'm planning on waiting till I'm about 23 and saving till then. Don't want to spend it on holidays I've already been on enough of them, got a missus but don't tell her how much I have.

    As has been said, not that many decent places local but im sure you could find some rats on everton hills, stanley park, the cemetery. Canal and pretty much anywhere on river alt is good. Just an assumption, but being a dock area, a walk along the dock road you'd probably find somewhere for rats? where abouts in anfield are you? my bird lives by the ground
