    I agree but at his present rate of writing we'll be lucky to see Winds of Winter next year. Hopefully he'll get to finish the series before he's too old to do anything lol. Picking up on what you said about a character returning I hope your right but I don't think so imo....people are getting caught up in the episode title "Mothers mercy" imo it refers to the faiths 7 with a certain character needing the mothers mercy. Lots of theory's out there and it can melt your head if you look into all too much lol. There was a bit of talk about maybe doing a mini series about the Dunk and Egg stories

    They've deviated to much from the storyline in the books, a lot of things on the tv show never happened in the book, he hasn't finished the books yet so how can the show reveal the ending?George RR Martin as told the producers the ending and all the main plot lines leading to that ending. The show as possibly 2 seasons left and book 6 isn't going to be released for at least another year, so unless he released the last 2 books in quick time tge show will wrap the story up first. Nonsense...ther e is at least a decade left in it Just going by what the producers said, they said they want it wrap

    Funny enough Kev it came on tv the other day and both my kids said "Can we go there Dad" So that's on the to do list for the summer. It's great having kids that enjoy it though mate isn't it, it's all more pleasing seeing them enjoying it.Any trout in the river mate ?.....looks trouts.Tiercel is the one to ask he's fished it I think.?

    No they're jumping in, they have lots of stuff like that going on, team building and such. There's some higher jumps on the river too.

    Thanks all, its a beautiful place and somewhere I've been going to for many years. The kids love it there too, in fairness they love being outdoors in general and they realise that the best things in life really are free. They really appreciate the places that we have just down the road and hopefully they'll take their kids to them when they're parents themselves. We've had a fair bit of rain this last week and it takes a while to drain off the mountains, the Mellte was flowing a bit more than I expected tbh though.

    Walking is the most accessible form of exercise and should be encouraged in all age groups, we go on family walks regular and it's a very pleasant way of spending time imo.
