you are totally true. im sure the majority of wildlife etc we have in britain dint origionate from here but whos to moan as we either hunt or eat most of it.. get the elvers released i my near waters mainman

releasing elvers into waters that dont have them is a fantastic idea. i have to travel 1/2 hour minimum to catch eels and by far my favourite species of any fish and very addictive. i go as often as possible doing 36hr sessions at a time, no sleeping since i nearly lost a rod by a good eel. its making my heart race typing this

i seem to spend to much time this time of the year looking for and dealing with cubs that the rifle boys have left to starve after shooting the vixen Had 2 litters to try and find a couple weeks ago on a neighbouring shoot after the lad had shoot 2 milky vixen. i found 4 earths holding litters and spent the day reloacting them as i didnt know if these belonged to the 2 that were shot .. A job i hate, poor little babies
