16 odd year ago may pal had a 3/4 grey 1/4 bull out of Shane.. Looked Like a grey hound - in fact it looked like the dog from the Simpsons.. That was a amazing dog.. For catching and killing foxes.. It caught plenty of another gear and knocked over plenty daytime hares and Roe. That's that Pup Freelance.. Its not Minshaw bred its Collie saluki lurcher.. Marking a tin of celebrations :laugh:

Why do you recon all the training knocked him off his game ?? I have trained a few of mine very obedient but never effected prey drive.. What age was he when he went off the boil so to speak ??

Accidents happen.. You tried to call the dog off.. look at Fenton I would not like to be stood in the dock with accident as my defence.. But some lads have been to court up this way and got away with it.. It was not the intention to hunt hares and it was a accident, they only had one on them.. Can still use dogs to flush or track deer on permission.. Can use dogs on deer if its injured - unwell, again with landowner permission.. We always see a few that are limping

My mate uses a coleman filter on striker. Perfect fit.. No noise.. I have cut prongs off mine but still a f**k about.. Go a filter for blitz, what b*****d that is to get on a off.. Ok off the van but walking rabbits its pain if you hit a few in a row

I have always ran mine with collars on... Had plenty of injuries none in relation to wearing a collar.. Can see it may happen but its not a common injury, collars getting caught. Well not for me anyway. Glad your dogs ok fella..
