    I seriously think HW are missing a trick here, yes I understand about mass production etc but think about it, a single shop like SWFS churning out tuned rifles, if HW were to spend a bit time and adding a little extra cost to the rifle they too could make an already good rifle great.... Darryl

    cant really add to whats already been said, but time on the ramge on paper and getting to know your rifle & scope is paramount. Practice on paper in 5 yard increments until you can consistently hit within a 1" circle, then know your limits, theres no shame in only hunting out to 30-35yds, tbh it takes skill to get that close unless the quarry is daft and people friendly Dont stop posting though mate we love to hear about the new guys and how they get on Darryl

    Cant really add to whats already been said, I've had most of the rifles listed and enjoyed shooting all of them and all are as accurate as the shooter You wont go far wrong with Si's advice mate but for me its got to be the Prosport all day long! Darryl

    hahahaha...... Thanks for that mate!!! He really is a cracking shot.... If anything a little too eager to shoot sometimes and rushes in a bit, but always listens to advice and put it to practice. The next thing when he;s a little bigger would be to get him a decent spring rifle and get him tuned into that and showing some of the range regulars how its done..... Mac may even lose his Prosport ownership.... Darryl

    as I said on FB mate cracking bit of shooting.... I love my Prosport and its just as accurate as anything out there, most people at my local range are stunned when it comes to what can be done with a springer whne they see me on form... I'm sure it will only get smaller the more you use it and get used to it Darryl

    With all due respect mate I find the Walthers absolute crap..... I worked on 3 different rifles literally a few weeks old after the first tin of pellets had been put through and they were twanging like a twangy thing twangs! The grease when stripped ran out like a grey liquid and the finish on the working parts was awful. For the price they were asking at the time of new I knew there were better rifles out there so that definately off the cards Darryl
