For more years than I care to remember I have found one lure that has out worked any other lure that I had in my box. I believe nils master have brought out a whole new range of lure has anyone tried these yet?
I was out recently wit a few mates of mine and the topic about whippets doing Charlie popped up. I have never seen a whip doing a Charlie single, but have been told that a good strong whip will and can deal with Charlie wit ease??
And as if by magic a Charlie appeared down the field from us, how convenient as we had a ¾ whip ¼ collie wit us, just lets say that the voracity of this wee whip was evident for all to see, she defended it like it was her own, and she made it quiet clear that night that she had a great dislike for them. Born to run1803 makes a valid point about slipping a young pup with an experienced dog, yes if the pup gets grabbed by the muzzle then its almost certain going to put then pup off for any future slips, but I feel the way around this obstacle is not to slip the pup and seasoned dog together, rather slip the pup when the fox is nailed by the seasoned dog.
