    I know what you saying about the gang of lads in the fields, but every chripple has his own way of walking, I have lamped much if not all of Meath, from Julintownstown right across to summerhill and all the other places in between for many a long year, and have came across lads that have questioned my presence on the land, taking into account that these lads were no older than my own son, my reply to these lads is as always,,, these boots I wear are old, they have walked many a field, they have left footprints before you could walk.     What is his retrieve like?? I had a whip some time ago and the f****r used to eat the rabbits, mind you he was a rescue so only god knows what way he way brought up, I think you are on the right road with the pup, but you must make it clear to the pup that the rabbit is yours by going back to the roots, ya must make it known to the pup that the lure is yours and that he must bring it back to you, be firm with him in re- training.     Well just returned from the above show, where do I start?? Well the venue was easy to find, only 5euro in, hot soup and sambo only 4euro, great crowd of fellas that made us most welcome, the judges were on the ball, and the treat that we got from shane and the boy's at the end of the show was most welcome, tea coffee soup cake was placed in front of us before our haul back home, all in all a great day out and met some new freinds.
