  1. what is your problem with her? every post i have sen from her is offering genuine advice that she has taken the time to sit down and write, and she has even emailed me chapters of her book without asking for anything and without really knowing me, you are giving a lot of stick, and if your not careful you will put off someone who is one of the best things about this forum.

  8. my incubator is on, set at 45% humidity, but due to how bloody hot and humid it is at the moment its gone up to 55% will this matter? they are chickens and this is for the 18 day period prior to hatching? if it is too humid how do i turn it down, there is no water added, it is just 55% due to the air being humid! any advice welcome, cheers
  9. i dont think sometimes it is as black and white as this. i have a small permission that i mentioned earlier in the thread about eating all the horses grass. two paddocks over from this there is a roadside verge with lots of rabbits in that are constantly moving in to the warrens that i vacate, there are always a steady supply of rabbits to fill in the gap i make. i am not allowed to ferret this roadside verge, i have had permission turned down, and i couldnt possibly poach as its illegal and also near the main farm so id be seen so after ive told you my life story, and im not having a dig, i

  14. how often should a dog that eats a raw diet be wormed, this includes fresh rabbit, some that hasnt been frozen. i have only just started feeding un frozen rabbit, but i dont want to overdose, so how often should it be? cheers.

  16. i did it today. the person with no grass for their horses dont give a feck about seasons and will think im a right bellend if i tell them that. he will only go out with the 410 and blast them to bits anyway, i would rather keep the ferrets fit and make use of the rabbits. i dont like doing it but i did, and he recommended me to another farmer and im going to look at more permo tuesday as i he thinks i did such a good job gerting rid of them all. has to be done sometimes. i do put off asking for new permission until september as they will expect me their straight away if i ask now and i don't w

  21. if i feed my pup chicken that i have bought from a shop, she loves it and eats it as normal. if i butcher a chicken, one of my own or a spare cockerel i have aquired, she will not touch it, not even look at it. it is a lot darker than shop bought chicken, and not as much meat as a broiler bird. any ideas why?????
