    No YOU can't as the conditions of the general licence require you to read and understand it otherwise you can't shoot any bird. Download the licence and read it all will be revealed.

    The hunting act 2004 doesnt apply in Scotland its the protection of wild mammals act Scotland 2002.

    We listened to all the profits of doom during the Watson debate in Scotland then got our heads down and planned a strategy that worked thats why we got a better deal than England and we still use full packs of hounds.     I did'nt read it I thought you had applied for a fac shotgun hence the question. Police Scotland are dealing with it now it depends on how easy you are to check on and how long your doctor takes to answer their enquieries.

    Police Scotland now what reason did you give for needing a FAC shotgun / cause what you can shoot with it is limited.

    You would need to send the bitch to England to whelp otherwise you would be transporting a bitch and litter the litter being less than two days old and that would bring you grief under the 2006 animal welfare act (Scotland).

    Not true they need grounds to revoke that will stand up to a legal challenge in court (appeal) if the guy is a SACS member then his legal fees will take care of it. Now we have a situation where if the guy as stated just intervened to stop trouble the police can mess him about because the incident has already happened if he now joined sacs theinsurance would'nt cover it. he would still have specialist advice and we would still deal with the police. PM me if any of this comes up.

    We are at the SACS AGM at Drumlanrig Dad says try and get some of these young wannabes to do the running about its time for them to push all you Coffin Dodgers out the road and show us what the young team can do ( apart from working terriers on the tinterweb) So don't overdo it all the best Jo XXX

    Well done Ayrshire Lass dad said Baxter was showing himself well and we had a good but tiring weekend and nice seeing the troops both from the past and from THL and PW.
