Mrs usually does tatties and garlic and various herbs. my first attempt to be honest never really made the time before but have enjoyed it so next year gonna do it again with some raised beds and plant more.

Hope things work out for you mate I really do, altho I would think nothing would truly compensate for what these so called animal lovers have done to you and your dogs, there witchhunt of hunting folks and there dogs seems to know no bounds, I havnt been on THL for ages and was just going over posts and read yours. truly sickened me to my stomach.....am fckin speechless!!!
  10. Just bought a pair of hunter Balmoral sovereigns, full zip, leather lined, vibram hiking soles, usually go for 280 but paid 160 from uttings. Think john Norris selling them for 150 but they could be 2nds from there. Can't say how gd they are as only worn em a few times will see what nic they in come the end of the winter season.
  11. This time of year it's usually traffic accidents, roads full of tourists.
  12. We took the drive down on the Saturday was a great day with the whole family and a better turn out of both terriers and lurchers than last year in my opinion. Had a good chat with Tam at the SACS stand and renewed my membership 35 quid definitely well spent. Will do the full weekend next year.
  13. thanks lads I hear you, gonna give if a swerve.
  14. Thanks for the reply, the body seems okay been re-sprayed at some point not looked at the chassis yet tho. it's the mileage I'm concerned about to be honest.
  15. Lads up nr me selling one of. These its an M registered, looks the part but it's done over 200,000 miles he's asking 750, seems a lot of mileage to me but I don't know much about these vehicles. It runs fine and has mot, anyone offer any advice.
  16. Anyone know where I can source a replacment set of plastics for the above quad bike, picked up the quad off farmer friend of mine, engine needs attention and the plastics are trashed all round. cant seem to find anywhere in UK when trying google?
  17. Never ceases to amaze me as to how corrupt and immoral the heads of that organisation really are. If this corrupt and scandelous act was commited by anyone else it would make the front page of every newspaper in the country.
  18. persevere mate...sometimes its just like that.
  19. used to use them all the time, laid on side raised off the floor on a pallet, used the ones that tapered at the lid end, just removed the lid an filled with straw, warmer and drier than anything Ive used before or since.
  20. You can call your dog anything you like mate thats your choice., me I dont call em terriers til dug to, thats my choice.. lad i know keeps a dog, looks likes a terrier, acts like a terrier, chases rats an rabbits...wont go to ground tho. You might call that a terrier, but i dont, I call that the deceased. Seems strange that you wouldn't want a dog that could do both. At least that way you would know that you had a dog that could track if need be. It's pretty simple to trash break a dog. Is it not common for your dogs to prefer toothed game to chasing bunnies once they've had a taste o

  22. For me a terrier is not worthy of the title TERRIER until hes been dug to, up until that time hes just a young pretender no matter what other stuff he gets up to i.e bushing, ratting etc.. thats just my opinion and thats how i classify my own.
