Nobes has been shot for a while imho mate, at least 2 seasons. But more than that, I think we have to ask why these other players are falling down on the job. The best thing about West Ham at the moment is the media team, they must all be taking crack with some of the pre match face book posts they are putting out......it’s literally comedy gold.

Yeah, fair call mate. It probably tells it’s own story that he actually won stuff and the fans still hated him ! Lol..... I think Ollie will come good given the time and backing. Now, I dont know what the Pogba situation is and whether that injury story is true but if it isn’t then I hope that’s Ollies choice not to play him, because I think that would send a massive (and correct) message. I genuinely can’t stand to watch that Pogba he is so bad.

Lol.....maybe it was to small, too small in its mindset, maybe too stuck in its ways to grow into a coach like Mourinho? Maybe he learned more there about himself and knows where he went boss eyed, I wouldn’t bet against it mate. I could be wrong but Mourinho is the only coach you have won anything with since Fergie isn’t he?

I don’t think that’s all but it’s a start, like all great coaches I think Mourinho is a brick by brick man rather than a deluge when working on mindsets mate......Terry and Lampard have said many times that he always knew just what to say or how to treat a player to provoke a certain response and just at the right moment. The most famous exponent of that art was indeed Fergie, probably the greatest at it.

No wonder he struggled at Unt, what do you say to a player like Pogba who is more interested in Instagram than imposing himself on games and a load of 19 year olds who look at him and think that’s the way to be a £90 million player !!

I’d actually really like to see Kane play as the linking striker in a front two, I think he has that in his game. You can see last night when he comes deep for the ball that he almost instantly knows the pass to play to slot a player in on goal.

Well, you can certainly call that yids v Olympiakos a game of two halves last night. First half, yids absolutely played off the park......2nd half Olympiakos absolutely played off the park. Jose earned his wages last night. And what about Kane, 23 goals in 23 games......that’s a VERY big deal. To have a young English forward (all be it a letterbox mouthed, mong sounding yid) with that capability is fantastic.
