The best thing about moving 500 miles away from your relatives is that I now don’t have to endure the hideously strained Christmas dinners and sack loads of shit for the kids that will help them to quickly appreciate absolutely f**k all in life ! I agree with that but I think you missed a very important thing out…….the biggest thing (imho) to have changed is what we regard as “normal” This stuff has seeped into every nook, cranny and pore of society. Theres always been crime, but there hasn’t always been the acceptance of how it touches so many lives and the lives of our young. 3rd world is the new normal.

See, when I see all that American “gansta” nonsense and how they crack on, it’s not really an “American” thing……it’s the 3rd world with gadgets ! Our youth are bombarded with it, it’s all they have ever known. Every-time they turn on the TV, go to school, read any media……it’s all pervading and it’s relentless. To be fair, it’s now a second and third generation thing……it’s not just young people. Young people are reaping the harvest of the seeds we allowed to be sown. We have lowered our own bar so much that it comes as absolutely no surprise to see so many crawling about in the gutter.

She was convicted of murder today which to be honest I was really surprised about. Id be very interested to read the details of the case, I was expecting a diminished responsibility or something……shocked by that verdict to be honest. Unless she really is just a cold hearted murderer ?

I absolutely agree no girl deserves that. But at what point in the relationship did everyone realise he was a scumbag ? Given that most of us can tell a total scumbag almost at first glance and I’m guessing he don’t keep it that well hidden like some evil genius then how has everyone let it get this far ? I’m not a builder but I never understood wanting to seal houses so they couldn’t breath. I mean, I get the reasoning about heat loss and stuff but it can’t be healthy can it. Loads of houses over here (mine included) suffer black mould problems because they all rendered over the old stone work with cement render, sealed up old chimneys and now nothing breaths. Add a mild damp climate and it’s a nightmare.

Minimum wage is a scam mate imho, always has been. It forces more people into the tax system and above certain thresholds and ultimately the cost of increased wages is paid by the consumer in higher prices…..basically, it’s robbing as many people as possible and dressing it up like they are doing people a favour. You have to hand it to them, it’s brilliant really.

Boris is about to shovel £100 billion of your money over to China, India and Tim Buk Tu for “climate action” so why can’t they spend the money on some poor single mum in Croydon so she don’t have to choose between cold kids or hungry kids. Not that what they are protesting is a particular cause of interest to me over and above I don’t think it’s a bad thing to ask the government to insulate homes for the very poorest in the country…..but my understanding is that these protesters are not asking “us” to do a damn thing……this isn’t about reducing emissions, it’s about insulating homes for poor people. They are not trying to impose any rule on anybody. As I say, could be wrong, but that’s how I understand it mate.

I’m not an educated bloke mate so I look at it like this, if it’s good enough for them then it’s good enough for us…..nobody wanted it to be this way, we wanted reasonable debate and someone to listen but they didn’t want that…..so far, the only people they have listened to and bent over backwards for are the ones smashing our monuments and blowing us to pieces on the tube train. I don’t think a few white British OAPs wanting homes to be insulated and sitting in the road are the enemy here, do you ?
