Fair but imho mate, most ordinary people ain’t got the time or don’t have the knowledge or both to put into creating a top class man work dog that is fit to be around people and will really do a number on a potential attacker…..it’s a job in itself, everything else is just halfway there at best. I used to sometimes end up in this real shithouse of a club in Southend, a real f***ing dive……it was like a wrap party for “Benefits Street” in there but it was a handy gaff when you felt like some 35 year old single mum (or two !) who were filthy as f**k was on the end of the night menu ! Anyway, there was this old age pensioner used to get in there and he was off his face every week dancing around like a tit……must have been in his 60s at the time…….
