    Roscrea, Co Tipperary yesterday, was the venue for a great days racing hosted by Shane Lee and his brilliant committe and helpers. The alarm clock buzzed at 4.00am, feet out on the floor,up and away to join up with the rest of the crewe at Newry. Met up there with Bluebell and her husband Patsy Mc Coy who led the way, Nigel Greer and Billy Craig,stopped briefly up the road for breakfast,and then headed for Roscrea, Co Tipperary. As we were approching Roscrea, our crewe was joined by Martin Tucker and his wonderful son. Arriving at the venue, we were met by some friends who steered us into our

    Yes, you can enter her in the Lurcher class, there will be several different lurcher classes on the day. Just have a look at the board of classes at the show and enter in the class that you think she is best suited to. You dont need to do anything, just bring her along on the day. There will be plenty of Lurcher men there on the day and they will keep you right.Look forward to seeing you there.

    Florencecourt House Country Fair,Co Fermanagh takes place this year on Sunday 3rd June 2012. The Mid Antrim Terrier & Lurcher Club Northern Ireland will be running their annual Dog Show at this great Country Fair on Sunday 3rd June 2012 commencing at 1.00pm. The show will include the usual Terrier, Lurcher and Whippet classes. Also in this great line up of events will be a childrens handling class and ladies and gents handling classes,along with the usual Terrier, Lurcher & Whippet racing on the day.     All of the shows we were at last year North and South of the border were all brilliant,and well organised. The people who organise these shows put in a lot of hard work behind the scenes to make it happen on the day. Well done to you all and I hope to enjoy many more years of enjoyment at all of your shows.

    Would have to agree Graham, Birr was a brilliant show, well run and well organised,and trouble free,and may I add most enjoyable. Looking forward to Ballywalter, Shanes Castle and Birr this year.Albert, you are a man of your word,and a true gentleman, and have the nack of making it all happen on the day.
