    Planted a acer tree 2 weeks ago for our new baby (due yesterday) and the f****n pup chewed it to bits within 24 hours... So another 40 quid lighter the new acer has a 20 quid fence round it and the pups a little shorter lol.... So yes... I'd agree you can get a little attached to trees!!!

    Went to bedale... Again not the best not the worse.... A few stalls to have a look round and stuff to do etc.... You could see at Duncombe show as you pulled in there was bugger all there... I've seen bigger farmers markets in knaresborough, usually 10 stalls or so.. Lol... As you can see from the post I started I wasn't slagging the show... I wanted to know if anybody had been... No replies before I arrived... I drove 30 odd miles to see a hand full of tents and a load of horses running around... Shame really giving the the price and venue... Potentially could be a good day out... But I'm

    There used to be an " old boy " at our shoot who could supp.... 2 pints and hour for the 1st 4 hours then take it steady lol lol 20 pints was the norm lol

    One of my customers lives in 10 bed country house... Electric gates and five acres of gardens etc.... Which a lab x staff x rotty type runs free in... Now to say this dog would prob kill me through the gates is an understatement.... Shits me up big time... Came at me today having escaped from the garage.... I made it to my van just in time... Lol... Not laughing really... She says he's just bluffing and she likes the fact that he's doing his job( guarding).... he's fine when she's there... However I don't trust it at all.... Whether he's guarding or not I think its dangerous and liability

    All the best mush... I'm sure it will be nothing pal.... Had a really bad sore throat / cough for a couple of months a few weeks ago... Antibiotics didn't touch it... Was sent to hospital for tests... Camera up nose ( thank god lol), blood test... Etc... All came back clear... Happy days!!! Was shitting it cos a junior doc had mentioned the big C..!!!! On a seperate note my blood test picked up a mildly elevated liver function... I'm now been advised on lifestyle lol.... Too much booze they say lol.... Atb best and good luck fella

    Agreed Chilli...., I like many others haven't been around long enough to even begin to ? The advise given!!! Dd has never once named "big names", only dogs in his 30 odd years of working and breeding his family of dogs.... If your prepared to listen, we all gain from this wealth of kmowledge!!! ... And this forum is better for it!!!

    Imo.... I guess having worked tirelessly for 30 odd seasons , working and improving on ones original stock... Breeding with one goal... only worker to worker!! That gets my respect any day... And deserves, to be able to called their own...
