    This young dog has seen plenty of gear,99.9% of lurchers & their owners in this country could only dream of what he's seen & had his jaws around but like I say he or ANY of the other Romeo breds I've seen are nothing other than mediocre in my eyes,to some they may think they are world beaters & at the end of the day it's their prerogative to do so I'm just a realist & say it as it is..I had never any intention of keeping back a pup & still don't,I'm done with the game after 3 more trips out..Game Over I've earned my seat infront of the tv,done 700 miles yesterday to go run

    Plenty plenty romeo stuff different class, few out same litter as yours running well, they cant all make champions Coursing fraternity would have an orgasm watching my Romeo bred dog I guarantee,I've just owned and seen hundreds of dogs A HUNDRED times better than Romeo or ANY pup it's ever bred,folk are to easily pleased my standards are high simple as that mate..That's just how it is,I've seen dogs run over 200 hares in less than a fortnight & kill a high percentage of them,Romeo & his crew ain't ran that in their f***ing lives lol..There's dogs & there's dogs simple as that!!

    Cheers folks,aye he's a topper he is,he's off to his new & forever home next Saturday,he will be just local to me so be nice to keep an eye on the dog.He reminds me so much of Boots as a puppy,not really interested in much apart from eating,sleeping & just sat weighing everything up,Boots is still the same now,he eats like a horse,sleeps & kills,he's not arsed about ANYTHING else lol

    Yeah all pics were from yesterday bud,just shows how different the weather can be as you go from ground level up to 2700ft which is all the height we got to yesterday,as for the Pom she was bought for my daughter but when she moved out the dog stayed,she was more concerned about boyfriend's & drinking as are most teenage girls lol so Ruby just tagged along with me & the lurchers,she loves life,has caught plenty,led me through forestry to fallen game,rats she loves them,flush stuff from cover fine,hunts moorland like a gundog,she's ace at it..I'd have another like her in a heartbeat but

    Cheers Ian,young dog is still very immature I think he's going to need the summer on his back before I know exactly what I've been feeding? He's 18 months old on this upcoming Saturday & has had a fair quota of gear but the dog needs time imo..The Pom will be 11 in a few months but she's still as active as ever & from what I've read about Poms 10-11 years seems about as long as they last but we will just keep on marching & she will no doubt let me know when she's had enough,she's seen all matter of gear on the ground & ain't shy of having a chomp lol..Being honest I will miss h
