A lad gos out lamping runs 20 rabbits dog catches 17 18 19 20 rabbits night in night out.The lad has hes sport and is back in time to get some kip to go to work the next day. Then you have a lad who dosnt work a stamnia packed dog,go`s out all night runs a 100 plus catching half of them. Who has the better dog? As far as im concerened its the dog with the very high catch rate,Thats why the numbers dont tell the whole story as far as im concerened. .

All i care about is i have my dogs running as well as i can,give them as much work as i can. In return as long as the dogs work hard catch what they should im happy. No fancy names No fancy pictures.

I have lamped and ferreted with my own purebred collie/shepherds and caught many bunnies, i'd say they only needed a little more pace and if i wanted to breed a hunting dog, then the coursing dog does add pace, more than enough for bunnies but also many more attributes the greyhound doesn't. just my opinion........ Yes you can lamp rabbits with a slow dog but knock up a few bunnies in the day,even at night its not much fun watching rabbits bounce of fences to be caught..Your adding the Shepard to get the other attributes,some in the litter will be faster than others for the slower ones that

Grey hound for me especially if your going to use them on rabbits,You would need or the speed you can get.? coursing dogs a good choice for the second x in my opinion not that its worth much.

I would guess he dos some cubbing and is kept for his blood line?Its very impressive if he can stay with the pack for a full day. kennels and hounds look very well. -
Terrier doesn't have to go to ground to work,Its a un stripped airdale, id say.I have a lurcher here by a similar dog,used for covers and drawing,as for scares it would have them but would be hard to find them under that coat,Thats if its a worker.

If its along run from tank to boiler it can take a lot of oil to get rid of all the air plus the way that hose is curling like that will be trapping air.

above the flexiable hose you can see a long hexiagnle tube probally has a allen key fiting in the middle or you can just open the whole thing,bleed a good bit out.

I like prey drive,I like it a lot. It depends if you are ruled by the heart or the head i guess. I have dogs here that could kill there selfs on any run,I have a dog that can catch 20 rabbits a night 3 or 4 nights a week and ferret in bettween and never get injured. I prefere to work the exciting ones though.And if i ever breed from the work horse it will be to a fast dog.They only open up if there not entered right?

To be honest though i have the last 3 earth dog running dog magazines here and havnt even started reading them,Great mag and there was a time i wouldnt put it down till id finished it,But i can come on here and put my pennys worth,not sure any magazines can compete with that.
