    My father in law bought me a cheap one from Lidl last year its a 'Bushnell' with pointless I.R...never had the heart to tell the old fella how piss poor it is ...a case of you get what you pay for me thinks

    I feel that in some cases its not owner or breed but it comes down to individual dogs...i was a paperboy back in the 70's and i can tell you there where plenty man aggressive dogs around back then especally around farms...my brother still carrys the scars on his face from being attacked by the family mongrel...it didnt make the papers(bitch didnt make it to tea time the next day)...you can only imagine the damage if it had of been a Bull type instead of a collieXterrier

    Strummer wrote 'long shadow' for Cash but Cash couldnt understand what strummer was trying to say... they put it out on strummers last album (good track)...allways thought the Ruts did the punk reggae thing better than the Clash...the Pistols...in a class of their own!

    'Ning Ric. Going to have to run with the conspiracy theorists on this one. It is scientific fact that we are currently going through a period of cooling at the moment. I have no doubt that the "human" contribution is a factor but it certainly isn't the root cause. Deforrestation, over population, and burning fossil fuels will not help at all. However there is overwhelming evidence that we could possibly be entering into another ice age. You have to admit that it is odd that governments are quite keen to introduce green taxes and at the same time do nothing about the issue thay are saying

    Not sure how it works but my accountant breaks down the purchase price of a works vehicle over 2 tax years...you can now either have the cost of the motor back in one lump or they give you a milage rate to cover cost and repairs....depends on the amount of miles you do for work which will work in your favour...Rabbithunter speak to an accountant what they cost ya they will save you in tax

    Sorry if it's been brought up before, but in recent threads the possibility of the BNP being anti was bandied about but nobody seemed to know for sure. I thought this might provide a clearer answer and some food for thought, as it were. I'm not particularly pro-BNP and am still a floating vote.     Had a similar size vets bill at the start of the year to fix bitches knee...had to dig out the credit card to cover it til the insurance company paid up...which they did within a couple of weeks of putting the claim in...(insured with morethan)... a pisser at the time but money well spent!
