  1. Seen Tyson at a few fights over the years and he wernt tipping over tables, mouthing off or singing...came across as a quiet lad...but you would know that Cushty...what with you being a close friend of the family so you tell us...obviously turns it on for the cameras...as do a lot of fighters...trying to sell tickets in the build up to a fight...you cant compare Peter Fury with Jimmy Tibbs as a Trainer...i think that could be telling at world level...i belive Tyson Fury has the beating of Klitchko...he's getting him at just the right time...but he probably wont keep the title for long...is Pete
  2. As long as he beats Klitchko who cares
  3. Probably someone looking to get a bet on
  4. Chris Finnegan v Johnny Frankham...proper fight
  5. There's been a similar thread before. I remember 'fella' being a popular hated word. I use it a fair bit and suddenly became dead conscious of using it. LOL. But decided f**k it, can't please everyone. We all have stuff that grinds on others I guess. Where i come from 'Fella' is a real old phrase the old timers use...i find my self using it a lot...the other stuff youngsters insert in their speech just amuses me more than annoys..but the one phrase that really pisses me off is....'Poorly'... as in hes feeling poorly....just makes the ill person sound a right poof! Is it used to a

  7. The flashing blade!!!!....can still remember most of the lyrics to this day
  8. Probably just a pisshead...who other than a pisshead would eat goat curry!!!...she reminds me of the strippers in the back bar of the flying scotsman,Kings cross yrs back...but at least you didnt have to pay for them...well i never hung around long enough to put a quid in the pintpot
  9. Broke her back flying off one i believe...may look impressive swinging around like that...but back legs need to be firmly on the ground for best work-out
  10. Pretty pointless if the dogs back legs arent on the ground...also a good chance of injury letting the dog swing around like that...Springpole can be a handy conditioning tool...i used to have one set up so the dogs front feet where almost on the ground
  11. He,s kept in shape and been very active in gyms......but as im sure you know yourself gym active isnt fight active.............personally i dont think Dillian can test Joshua at this time. Could he still sparr other pros and get paid for sparring while under a ban?
  12. 14-0 11kos 3 fights in 2014 2 fights this year so far. I dont know alot about the lad to be honest darbo...which is why i asked...was under the impression he was just coming off the back of a 2yr ban
  13. As much as i rate Tyson Fury amoungst the present crop of Heavyweights...im a bit sick of hearing about the Furys for now...whats the opinions of Dillian Whyte??...Joshua's team have said they are looking for a match up with Whyte in September...obviously Whyte put Joshua on his arse in the amateurs...how much that means in the pros is debatable...the thing with Punchers like Joshua is their reputation has the opponent on the back foot from the first bell...dont think this will be the case with Whyte...the lad looks like he loves a good tear up...obviously he been out of the game for a couple
  14. Little bit lumped up but still smiling.... Retiring seems the last thing on his mind at the moment he,s on his trainers earhole to get back in the gym and Hearns earhole for another title shot........think theres some stern words ahead......sadly a fighter is often the last person to hear them. But what if he'd won?...would they be talking retirement then??....obviously i dont know the lad but he sounded pretty sharp and clear in the pre match interviews...he's made it pretty clear since Saturday that he wants to fight on...i was thinking maybe a re-match with Burns...bet all th
  15. Gaz...i've not said A.J's all hype...i have said all the way through this thread...that Joshua is just a prospect going through the early stages of his career...and its too early to love or hate the lad...last nights stoppage certainly sends out a message to the Heavyweight division...have to say my heart sank a bit when i saw Ian john Lewis was ref...as he always seems to step in way to early imo...the Lad needs a proper test before we can all get too over excited...think they will have to be looking at the topend of the division to get that...but right now they bringing the lad along just ri

  20. Just spoke to the old fella that has the litter...lost one pup but milk came through in the end...hes owned and worked Terriers near on 50yr...never known it to happen...i told him to select a dog & bitch and hand rear...but he was determined to let nature run its course...a gamble come good.
  21. lee selby was fantastic ,he he did,nt put a foot wrong, kevin mitchell was game but i bet he looks likes he,s been in a car crash this morning, that eye looked bad Thought Mitchell had the beating of him there for a while...two very evenly matched fighters
  22. Morning Gents ...Well that was a pretty good night of Boxing all round...Well done Nick Blackwell tidy little scrap that, third time lucky...Lee Selby, what a class act!...and lets hope thats not the last we see of Kevin Mitchell...a good game display from a tough little fighter...people moaned about paying for this event but certainly worth every penny...shows British boxing is in great shape...anyway cant hang about...just bought myself a 1st Class ticket for the A.J hype train...
  23. Ok fair comment but I have explained I do not mean what I type sometimes and don't know how to word things correctly so do not always mean as I sound , anyway I will not be watching AJ fight on Saturday but if you lot want to watch him then I hope you feel it's money well spent and enjoy watching it Money well spent?...well i certainly aint paying just to watch Joshua in what is it? his 12th fight...there's 3 world title fights on that bill featuring British fighters...plus a cracking little British title fight...dont none of that even interest you as a boxing fan?...but if one of the Fur
