  1. Usually some good deals here too http://www.airgunforum.co.uk/forums/private-sales-airguns-related-items/ John
  2. His name on ebay is shootingworld. Not sure what other stuff hes got for sale but i will need to have a look tonight. Turns out it came with a warranty. It was sold as used because he sold them to a customer who went bust and sent them back, but they were on display so he had to sell them as used, so i managed to get it quite cheap. Happy now, just a bit of a pain that i will need to wait before i get it back, but hey thats life. John
  3. Cheers Phantom. I bought the pump from ebay, just spoke to the guy i bought it from, i have to send it back and he will repair it, and if it cant be repaired, it will be replaced happy days!

John
  5. I have a Webley Ultra Glide pump, which seems to have broken When trying to pump it, after a few pumps, it becomes quite tight and does not take in any air, more or less creating a vacuum in the pump, meaning no air can be pumped into the gun. I am the least technically minded person ever and defo wouldnt be able to have a go at fixing this myself. Just wonder if anyone can shed any light on it and let me know if its fixable. If i can get it fixed i think i will just sell it and buy a bottle John
  6. Feckin hell Shay, you go through guns quicker than i go through loo roll! But yeh thats a great looking gun. I like the tactical stock, had one on my Lightning and ideal for hunting. Any idea what kind of shot count you will get compared to an un reg'd one? John
  7. Lol cheers for the replies. I know i am lucky having that amount of space. We used to get rabbits in our garden regularly, and i literally would have been able to shoot these from my bedroom window. Sadly they all disappeared, long before i was into ferreting/shooting John
  8. Well, since i never got to go to the permission tonight due to studying (which i never done much of anyway ) I decided to have half an hour shooting targets in the garden anyway. Got the gun zero'd to about 25 yards using RWS Superdome 14.5gr's. The RWS Superfields also work great in the gun but cant seem to find any since i finished my last tin. So had a few shots at the targets then decided to see what kind of groups i got. Pics below............ First 10 shot group at 25 yards Second and third 10 shot groups The backstop from the above to groups, with a small lu

  18. Hi tepper. I started off sending out some letters, as I didnt have the balls to go knocking on doors. I thought going up to a stranger asking if you could walk around their land with a gun was a bit of an awkward question to ask. Then yesterday I bit the bullet and went door knocking with a friend. I just knocked and said "sorry to bother you, but i have been doing a bit of airgun sooting and ferreting for a couple of local landowners and wondered if you would have any pests you would like removed". The first one took my details for her husband, and sent me in the direction of some people

  20. Well when i was on my way to buy pellets today, i thought i would go for a quick drive around some local farms and see if there was any rabbits to be seen. Well i saw a few on one farm, so when i got home, i text my mate scott and asked if he wanted to go door knocking. So off we went to the farm i seen. Knocked on the door and the farmers wife answered. I explained to her i had been ferreting and shooting locally and wondered if she needed someone to help get rid of the rabbits. She said she would need to talk to her husband but he wasnt in justnow so i left my details and im hoping f
