    Im wanting to get a bipod for my new gun. After spending all that money on the gun, i dont have enough cash for the likes of a harris bipod at the moment. I have been looking at this http://www.uttings.com/?categories/ShootingAccessories/Bipods/UTG/ Has anyone used one? Are the any good or not? I read somewhere that attaching a bipod to your barrel will put your poi up so wanted to know what you guys thought. Cheers, John

    theres loads of different precharged guns out there, and i have only shot a handfull. but i bought a brand new Air Arms S200 MK3 last week for £365 and love it, would recommend it to anyone. and managed to pick up a pump off ebay for £ posted.

    Sounds like a good idea. Im going to buy a few decoys tomorrow, set up a hide in my garden and cut open a rabbit and sit the decoys next to it and see if i can get any that way

    Yeh im going to at some point, would have got one yesterday if i had had the money. Aye well i have permission at my sisters horse riding stables and permission for ferreting at a neighbouring farm, going to ask the farmer if he would mind letting me on with my gun. Also have quite a big garden thats usually got a lot of woodies and magies etc, which is quite handy

    I have a Simmons 6-24x50 AO on it justnow. Just zero'd it in at about 30 yards and cant believe the accuracy of it. Glad i never went with the Ultra now, never realised how quickly you could reload a single shot gun and how quickly you can go through a full charge when you're having fun so think the lower shot count would have been a pain in the arse. Here it is in all its glory

    Yeh i seen a vid of the air arms mag on youtube and its looks good. Think when payday comes ill b buying the magazine kit and a silencer. This is my first pcp so i will prob have all sorts of questions in the next few weeks

    Well people i took the plunge today and treated myself to a brand new S200 MK3 .22, delighted to say the least will be doing some paper punching tomorrow hopefully john

    I have just sold my Lightning and now want to buy a pcp. Up until now i have intended to buy an Ultra multishot. But i seen an S200 in a shop today and liked the look of it. What do you think of these guns? What one would you go for? Also, i know you can get the Rowan Engineering 10 shot mag for the S200 anyone used these? What they like? Are they self indexing or do you need to manually index them? Cheers John

    Right, i recently bought a webley pump off ebay. It was sold as used as it had came back from a supplier that went bust. Last night i tried to screw the hose into the pump, but couldnt get it. My uncle has an old webley pump which was broken, but the hose seemed ok, so i took the hose from this and screwed it in to mine, no problem. I dont currently have a gun so cant check if the pump works yet, but im just wanting to know if you think its likely this hose will work with the new pump when i use it to charge a gun? John

    i've been thinking about buying an ultra recently and have more or less decided on an ultra multi .22, ive heard a lot of good things about them from a lot of different sources, but now have been thinking about the falcon, so im undecided as yet. not looked into the falcon much yet so im going to see about prices then make a decision, but really do like the look of the ultra

    Im selling a gun but dont know if im going to be able to sell it locally. Was just wondering how easy it is to post air guns? I still have the original box, so packaging it will be easy enough. But can anyone who has done it tell me how to? Will Royal Mail deliver fire arms and how much might it cost? John

    Thanks for the replies lads. Think im swaying towards the Ultra, maybe see if i can pick up a multi shot 2nd hand withing my range but who knows. I have a lightning 22 justnow which ive had for a year, wouldnt be trying to shoot anywhere past 30 yards justnow. Ive got a good sized garden so shooting targets and getting used to the gun before i use it on live quarry will be easy enough for me to do. Cheers, John

    Im selling my Lightning as im wanting a PCP. ive owned the gun for a year give or take a month or so, if i can find the receipt i will show you. The gun has a tactical stock with a few scrapes etc. The blueing on the front of has went a bit (my fault), and the barrel has a few scrapes also. The silencer cap at the end of the barrel is also a bit scrapped, from leaning it on fences and the usual wear and tear when hunting. The gun shoots fine, ive taken rabbits, pigeons, squirrels crows and magies with it. It will come with a Hawk Sport HD 4x40 scope and mounts. The scope on the g

    I'll be buying a new gun soon and think i've narrowed my choice down to these two. Think i will have about £325 to spend, this is for gun only as i have the rest of the kit. So if im buying new it will prob be a single shot. Can anyone who has or used these guns please tell me what they think of them, and what one they thinks better? Cheers, John

    Yeh that sounds about right. It is quite a fun gun to mess about with. I didnt realise how old it was until i checked the internet today!
