Get a flirt pole but keep it low to to ground, it will build prey drive plus tire it out and worknon it's turning. Not too much though on a young pup.

I grew up with retrievers and your right, they eat anything!! Like a f*****g goat, one of mine ate a load of elastic bands once that the posty dropped ?? She used to want to fight certain shaped bushes and would sometimes randomly run home if I walked her, could be miles away and shed just f**k off lol
