you would be supprised how many peeps bring home 2 kits no bigger than yours, dump them in tghe middle of the living room floor then allow there kids to maul the poor things, they then wonder why the ferrets bite its all about ballance get it right now & you wont look back Lovely pics of the kids btw

Kits will attempt to eat meat ideally rabbit or chicken or mince from 3 weeks old, the kit i have here is 2 & a half weeks old and its already got a couple of tiny teeth so when you offer the meat it should be raw & fresh obviously Its basically a case of feed more than they can eat in one sitting, say a pound of mince quartered as a days supply of meat at this stage, easily got from the butcher or tesco or somwhere like that. They wont eat what they dont need, also leave a dish of the dry food and they will pick at it when there ready , it also ensures if they do get a bit

They are 8 weeks old. jesus they are very small if thats right. i picked my two up last july & they were 8 weeks old & three times that size & all i did was supply 4 meals a day & water, didnt supply milk have never fed a ferret milk fullstop

i really think they should still be with there mom, its a learning curve we all learn, i was dumped with 4 kits who had barly just opened there eyes about 10 yrs ago. the kits cried , hissed & basically should have still been with there mom Its easy to bring them on all you need to remember is they need meat & plenty of it , they need to feel secure so baring in mind they have been wrenched from there siblings & mother putting them in a huge hutch or cage is basically not what they need for the min, the hising is cause the tiny one is scared , he needs time to mature & ad

were they not weaned on meat by the breeder then ? get them on at least 4 meat meals a day or in 48 hours you will be posting asking for advice on how to stop the biting, raw meat . they will wolf it down & liven up a bit , they look awfully young so will need extra care untill there fully independent. good luck with them there beautifull

What i want is the tower with all the bits in the back of it already to plug in & go basically. mine is so slow its unreal takes ages to type anything & i dont have any pc knowledge of what to do to sort the problem out, so i would rather have a new tower ready to go , its probably asking a lot but there you go

Make shore, that it is compatible with the mother board you have in the old one and then just put all the bits in as they are in the present tower. Cant help you with the where bit though ATB Michael Bloody hell scoobs i only learnt how to copy and paste yesterday thats way above my head , think i will have to take the thing to a shop or summat & let them do it

This may sound silly but i can tell by there faces, especially hobs, they seem to loose that kit baby look at around 5 months old, but wont be mentally mature for a while , they do tend to bulk out as we approach the autumn & carry a fair bit of weight over the cooler months. Hooe this helps

Is carpet the best material for the floor of your court? I imagine it must need regular cleaning. Thanks for the offer though, I should be ok with the 100mm drainage pipe from the farm. /Mad yes i agree if i put carpet in mine they would shit on it

I put a plastic dustbin in mine with a hole about 8 inches from the bottom for them to climb in , then filled it with some compost stuff, they loved getting filthy in it i also put a big tree stump in it as well & some pipe i scrounged of some nice builder bloke who was working up the road, dont buy anything just scrounge it like i do
