  4. Exactly. Madness. Apparently the police have " spoken" to the owners. Well that's ok then. Jesus christ its taken the death of a 14 year old child to prove that the laws not worth the paper its written on & yet the police can & do seize a dog because it '' looks like a banned breed '' despite the dog having shown no signs of aggression ... utter madness
  5. So what the hell was the point in changing the law to protect people who were not resident at a property but were there as visiting or postal workers delivery drivers , if there not going to prosecute this dog peddling owner then the new amendments count for nothing
  6. have i got this right , because the dog attacked on private property the owners not liable to be prosecuted because the child wasnt an intruder ? but if it had happened in the street the owner would be prosecuted ?

  13. Last nights moon Tonights full moon Full Worm Moon – March As the temperature begins to warm and the ground begins to thaw, earthworm casts appear, heralding the return of the robins. The more northern tribes knew this Moon as the Full Crow Moon, when the cawing of crows signaled the end of winter; or the Full Crust Moon, because the snow cover becomes crusted from thawing by day and freezing at night. The Full Sap Moon, marking the time of tapping maple trees, is another variation. To the settlers, it was also known as the Lenten Moon, and was considered to be the last
