Ray i couldnt draw a fag at the min..lol a good thing or i would be puffing away .. with a bit of luck i will feel better in a day or so .. i am hoping last nights episode was the peak & its going to get better now

Kay buy the vaping e cig, the one called the ego-t, plenty of smoke "vapour" and a throat hit,using one myself and have tried most of the other ecigs.hope this helps and good luck kay.

I dont use a filter on the lens , i did look at using the polarizing filter off my canon slr but I need to get an adapter for it which I havent has yet

can anyone help I have tried to load a photo in my album on here & it say's .. run out of space .. I created a new album & it still wont let me upload.. do I need to delete some of my '' uploads'' I have posted on here ?

The highlight of the break was sat eating fish & chips on Spittle beach sat in the cold watching the moon over the sea .. the chippys in seahouses were shut after I had worked my self up for what I read in reviews were the best chippy in the area I loved Craster & lindisfarne , I will be making regular trips up there in the future , wonderful place

The bit I have seen on the news just is reporting lorrys full of food etc & there just sat there waiting for someone to organise the food being distributed ... seems its a basic lack of organisation... it must be frustrating for the people who are there to help distribute the aid ... one thing i did notice was people were calmly waiting to be given aid Very sad to watch
