    He was off a lad on here .. had to finnish running due to a toe problem ........ he is a very laid back dog generally but gets stressed very easily & does this repetative licking thing He normally has no off lead time but i had a few hours & found a nice quiet spot so he could have a trott about.. he goes off on his own .. nose to the ground all the time & i just know i have to wait his time as his recall is pants i didnt have a problem today as i had the chicken wing in my pocket & he could smell it .

    I spent a little quality time with Rob today. he is had a short time off the lead & behaved beautifully & didnt run off but i took a chicken wing with me :laugh:

    i am firing on all 4 now thanks i love steam trains they only run them at weekends so i like to see what engines there using its been asbestos for the last few weeks but i am hoping they will run Sheila again ... i really must get an anorak :laugh:

    Its not my photo ... sneek up on them i do i dont always get what i want & sometimes get a blurry mess but i keep trying

    I found my bitch particularly wont go out if its freezing cold & she will piddle on the bed thats by the back door ... even between walks Only if its wet outside or very cold

    Thats the main reason i stopped feeding them because of the coughs my group developed ... i would give the occasional one every now & then but not everyday if i had the odd one or two in the bottom of the freezer

    Every dog owner should have at least one tick picker .......... if you dont have one get on the BADA website & order some ....... they also do a few other things on there like key fobs etc Also ferrets are at risk .i have spoken to a lady recently who has a ferret that was diagnosed with Lyme disease A very worthwhile cause

    Basically carnivores need meat protein cheap cat biscuits contain soya (vegetable) protein ... this does not keep the urine acidic enough & it all helps to create crystals that clump together over time until a struvite stone is formed ... that depending on size will need surgically removing feed whole carcass preferably or if you have to feed dry food use FERRET FOOD ... not cat or dog food ....... the clues in the name on the bag

    What's your reasoning into believeing that? Maybe the answer is in the title cat food................... it contains veg starch which binds the stomach and causes loads of problems... ferret food for ferrets cat food for cats dog food for dogs :laugh: nicely put

    i got the actual mating of a pair on sunday but the courting they seemed to do a few weeks back .. you might be a bit late now for this year unless theres some slow starters :laugh:

    Mine have chicken wings everyday & i just give them as they are .. there a bit greedy so i find they chew them a bit more when there slightly bigger
