  1. hormone replacement because she been on heat cjw So basically he has given her the jill jab ? i would try & tempt her to eat by hand feeding bits of mince .. if she wont take that get some chicken complan or a chicken baby food to at least try to get her to take something I hope she picks up very soon

Are they these things that are supposed to be added to drinking water to cool it down ? if so i doubted that they did anything as it was brought up on a ferret forum regarding it being used in there drinking water Hi Sweet.   5. Its just what happens when they play rough.. if the skins broken just make up a mild saline solution & bathe the area
  6. just off the top of my head .. is there a chance she had choked on something .. the last time i found a ferret choking it was stretched out & that's the first thing i noticed was the position of the front legs tucked underneath the ferret
  7. yes me mums bin trying to make it chase toys in the liveing room but it just dont move Try gently rolling it on its back with your hand .. just rub its tummy what they generally start to do is mouth your hand .. this kind of thing Sometimes they take a few days to start to play .. its easy when they have loads of other kits to race about with .. but not all adult ferrets will play .. so maybe engaging the kit in play will encourage it to mmove about a bit more

  13. i have 2 dogs that i could never trust with the ferrets or anything else small & quick.. so i think you have done well to break the dog to the ferrets

  16. i remember as a kid in the 70's there were always packs of dogs roaming round all day here .. cant say they were ever a problem either.. i havent had a cat for years but they are easy to keep in the house .. i think most people just cant be arsed to change the litter tray so they boot them out i remember the same thing apart from the odd internal scrap dont remember anyone getting bit it seems like there was 30 of them but probably only 6 and they'd be in the juniors with us at playtime too on the field a more innocent time i suppose as kids we did'nt think about dog shit and the lik
  17. i know one thing mine being on an all meat & bones diet makes my life easier theres very little poo to clean up & its the best fly deterant i know of

  21. his toes havent given him any problems to be honest .. but he isnt exactly the most active of dogs mind you he is coming out of his shell more as well he is quite a loving dog when he gets one to one .. his nose is to the ground most of the time as well which is why i have recal problems sometimes .. but other than that he is a lovely dog
