But with a sheep attack GM the farmer wont move his sheep if one is lost would he ?......why wouldn’t the cat settle in the area and just keep taking them ?

That was my point a few pages back. Why dont they simply remain in a wood next to a field of sheep and kill one every few days or when they need to feed ?

I agree the head shape was not leapord like mate, but you have agreed he’s not lying.......so my point is how can he mistake a pet cat for a big cat when he is so close....you can’t say “he’s wrong no matter what he says”........we have established he’s not lying so why didn’t he just let Tiddles out of the caravan if it was just a pet cat ?

Gman, I’m sure this has previous been covered but what prey species do you reckon are being taken in the main ?......would not sheep be the staple diet as there are field after field of woolly takeaways in most parts of the country ?....I seem to recall you putting up pics of deer but why would cats take deer if sheep are available ?......interested mate.
