Maybe he is out working with his dogs. While you sit next to the computer waiting for some adrenalin and feeling of success from this thread he may be out having his adrenalin and the feeling of success by working his dogs. Anna

I was thinking of gettin mine chipped, Does it interfear with any locators? Might be seen as a stupid question but thats the only reason i havent had her chipped, All the best I have tryed Deben LRI and Ortovox and both are working perfectly on the microchipped dog. I have both my dogs microchipped. I see no disadvantages of it and it is defenetely advantage. ATB, Anna

Steve's dogs have a good reputation from what i can work out.... The dog will only be used by my lad for a bit of mooching/ratting so should be no problems there thanks everybody she's also gonna be kept in the house...so sleepless night for me tonight... WHAT AM I SAYING...its the lads dog...he can get up....yeh right Thx for the answer mate! I have heared about Steve, therefor I asked so much! Keep us posted! ATB, Anna

JRTs might have Patella Luxatio and Legg Calve Perthes. PL you can recognise if you try to GENTLY move the patella (knee) itself. If it is moveable (compare to another dog that doesn't lift any leg), than it might be that. I must admit that I had 2 PRTs that lifted their legs from time to time and both are tested PL CLEAR! So it might be a habit too. You can find many info on the net about both diseases. ATB, Anna

I know Ratpack only from the shows. In Europe they win a lot on FCI/KC shows. There are some show breeders build their line on Ratpack dogs, but this kennel (and the websites belonged to it) disappeared some time ago.
