  1. What is the size of the box, John? ATB, Anna
  2. Pups mostly pee and poo 1-5 minutes right after sleeping, eating and playing. If you take care that in those times you take the pup out and say "good boy" when peeing outside - it will soon understand what the point is. Never blame them for urinating inside the flat by pushing their nose into it! They just don't get what the point is! And never punish them minutes after the thing is done - they can connect the act and the corollyary (here: punishment) only for about half a minute! ATB, Anna
  3. To the attention of Cat Hunter and Wolly: about spanning and measuring a chest of a terrier: http://www.google.hu/url?sa=t&source=w...uFKK7BhY5pbQ0Gw I wish it will help you! ATB, Anna
  4. Donnyc, I'm sure they measure others than you (and most people) do. Knowing what and how to measure is the key here. ATB, Anna
  5. Very nice job with a very nice dog! Congrats! ATB, Anna
  6. Pic taken from www.terrierman.com ATB, Anna

  8. Heres one I have: There is a program making pics like that - and other types, you just have to link your pic and choose the type: picjoke.com or another one is befunky.com and dumpr.net Some more I have: ATB, Anna
  9. Well done mate! I like them dogs, especially the white one. ATB for the season, Anna
  10. Nice pup! Do you happen to have pics of the siblings? ATB, Anna
  11. Good answer . You could have the best behaved dogs in the world but that doesnt stop another dog attacking them. And as you all know a lot of jackrussells are suicidal. You are right. But I can not close them into the house/garten in order not to be attacked. ATB, anna
  12. Totally agree! If the owner of the dog can not controll the dog, should not be hurt from you making it! Someone has to do something with the situation - and it seems it's not them! Mostly owners don't know how to separate fighting dogs and they just do more harm. ps.: if the other dog would do any wounds on my dog I would not hesitate to ask the vet fees from the owners of the dog. (In case it was only the other dog that attacked mine.) ATB, Anna
  13. I put great emphasize on sozialisation and training of my dogs and I don't have to be afraid when meeting other dogs. I can also call them back from other dogs. (And never let them go too far away from me, so that I could not controll them.) But if a dog would attack me or my dogs, would not be hesitate to kick it in the arse - and if I could not controll my dogs I would not be hurt if the other would do that to my dogs. ATB, Anna
  14. If you are desperate of not breeding her than spaying is the best solution - and as Dawn B wrote, not only because of the heat itself. The one and only thing against spaying is that it is non reversable. And you may regret at the age of 5 years...or whenever. Whatever you decide, I would not spay her before the age of cca 9-12 months. You have time to think until then. I have spayed and neutered quite some dogs which didn't make the grade, I think life is much easyer with a spayed/neutered dog. ATB, Anna
  15. Good luck and keep us posted pls! ATB, Anna
  16. Wish you luck! Keep us posted! ATB, Anna
  17. This is what you wrote. Meaning you want to have a pup out of the litter. Disagree? ATB, Anna
  18. It's nice to be wanting another dog next to your one, but why having a pup from a dog that isn't really the quality to be bred? I advise you to get a dog from prooven parents (and when the sir has both testicles) and get this dogie castrated. When mating a dog "for free" you don't get any pup from the littet. When asking for a pup from a litter, it doesn't called "for free". I wonder if you find someone to use your dog, but if yes, you wil spread this trait (of cryptorchide) and will actually make ambitious people's thing very hard when they think they have a good dog and they realis
  19. I'll make my best to make you understand: my dogs are not (the show) Parsons! No Club, that would call them Parson (fe.: KC/ AKC/FCI) would recognise them. So I'm sure this is not the idea behind them. Simple working dogs. With the name you like. ATB, Anna i wasnt having a dig at your dogs in person atvb I think my dogs are just as the general working Parson Jack Russells (or whichever name you choose). Not according to the KC/FCI/AKC standard and not for making money. Best wishes, Anna

  21. I think they are just a new "breed" to make more money and has very little to do with Jack Russells. I wouldn't waste my money for such a thing. In case you'd have to pay for it and the parenst are not prooven workers, why don't you just choose another mongrel from a shelter? Same result. ATB, Anna anna the parson russel is a mongrel just like the small type russel just because the money grabbing akc recognizde it, it dont make it any better because its got a bit of paper stating its a pedigree. even tho it aint No breed was fallen fromn the sky, that's clear.
