  2. TBH matey there both excellent.. i didnt get the carbine for any other reason than it was available at the time and i had sold my classic. its exactly the same but feels a bit more balanced to me and a bit lighter.. but others prefer the classic. let me know how you get on matey anyway
  3. Is this for my benefit ? dont know how you would benefit from this buster but as i said.. my opinion, the lad done a deal with his brother and everyone raises there eyebrows. i just dont see a problem with it. atb.. Mick
  4. That's a good point, Mick A very good mate of mine has a lovely TVR Tuscan in his garage that he doesn't use much, I'll see if I can do a swap for my knackered old Astra OOh OOh I`ll take the Astra Andy,, go on,,, Take my Audi TT for it bud,, go on !!!!!!!! That's a very kind offer but neither my hair nor my dress sense could ever allow me to be seen at the wheel of a TT thats a great point. forgot a tvr tuscan had the same value as a hw97 and a hatsan the same value as knackerd old astra there air rifles buddy, not high value objects, be lucky if he has gained Â
  5. hello mate. i had a classic to start with and have a carbine now.. as for accuracy mate there both bang on. awesome air rifles as you will know. over air rifle distance the barrel lenght wont make to much a difference, over longer distances it would. ATB mick..
  6. to quick to jump down the lads throat there. know nothing of the deal and quickly assume he's ripped his brother off. if his brother doesnt get out much and is happy with the hatsan when he does get out, why not let his brother enjoy or gain from his HW? i know i would my brother.. anyway lads just my opinion i have dealt with this lad and had no bother. Mick

  21. i been after a rifle in 177. for a while now. mainly to allow me a little margin for error when lamping. im not to bad at judging distance but could be much better. a skill that takes alot of practice i know. theres nothing wrong with my current rifle, aas410 in 22. its never had a fault. deadly accurate and a pleasure to shoulder. i should keep this rifle for the rest of my life really.. BUT.. ive always liked the hw100's and looked at si's pics the other day and the deal he got sounded fantastic, so went to the gunshop today to pick some pellets up and there it was behind the blokes head. a
