hello lads i have read this forum over the last couple of weeks and i agree with what a lot of you are saying we have travellers around here some good and some not so good but i could honestly say if i caught one in my garden stealing my dogs i would be prepared to do a long spell for him and his mates.

Where we are in cheshire we used to see a dozen around feb all running boxing and chasing then the 4x4 cars arrived and now they dont come out of the woods the travellers are on the fields in the cars around 2am and you never see a hare now its only a matter of time before some one gets shot the farmers a fuming no one gets any permission now if cocked it up for everyone

I use a 17 rem on the rabbits near me i have a zeiss 6 x 24 x 56 scope on it and can head shoot rabbit upto 300 yds on a still day and using a windage chart not to bad on a windy day if any body wants a windage chart i can scan it at work tomorrow and post it Mark
