    So if it calms excitable dogs...what does it do to the steady laid back types?? surely the ingredient that calms them must also have an effect on every dog?. Likes been said..if your dog is healthy and on a decent diet to start with..i can see no need to use this.

    Looking into getting some decent bottoms for out mooching/lamping. Don't want em too thick as to roast me bits but need to be sturdy. Don't want the type that rustle like fcukery either. Will just be used for walking mainly and the worst they'll see is brambles on occasion. Any idea's folks would be much appreciated. Aswell as links to said items. Thanks all.

    A pup from a rescue centre is a very big gamble unless you are certain as to it's lineage. They'll tell you anything at those places if you are a decent enough sort as to be deemed as an acceptable client. Now a youngster at say around the 5 month mark would be better as you'll be able to at least gauge some sort of shape/size it's going to be. Like someone said..if you are just looking for a companion/worker then i don't see a problem. If it's going to be a serious worker then i'd source something from a reputable person who keeps a handy animal. But the choice is your's.

    she get a pound or so in the morning and the same on a night with meal and veg she had getting that for months now would you say that was to much??She looks well apart from the hair loss I'd put it down to either too much protein or bitch gettin ready to have a season..hormones all over the place

    5%?? you sure about that. seems alot to me. That would mean a 60lb lurcher would need 3lb of meat a day. I know some are greedy but i'd have thought around the 3% mark meself.

    have to agree..whippet in the mix ups the stakes for a yapper. seen a few beddy/grey's over the years silent as the grave. Bitches usually make no bigger than 23tts...dogs i'd class a big un as over 24tts. But that's genuine first x's. Start adding other breeds to the mix then the sky's the limit height wise.

    Legally you gifted the dog so you don't have a case. Morally that's a different story. Should have gifted with terms. But saying that i once did that and still got shafted. If the man don't want to part with it well that's just summat you'll have to accept. Likes been said. Buy a pup and try and console your little un with that.

    Then you have to make yourself more interesting than other dogs mate. Time and patience is the key. Play tug with a bit of rope. Get to his level. When he comes give him rubs and fusses but make it playful. He'll come round eventually.

    what's groves got that he didn't have last fight? Nothing imo. That punch he decked Froch with last fight was a punch in a million. Couldn't do it again rest of the fight despite having another 8 rounds to do it in. Froch can certainly take a punch as well as give one. Groves didn't have the power then and he wont have it now. The most Groves will have extra to the last fight is probably stamina. Which Froch will knock straight out of him with his heavy hands. No good having fast hands and feet if you can't sink your opponent is it. Froch will destroy him by mid rounds i reckon. No later than

    I'm sorry but a freelander 1.8 petrol will under no circumstances deliver 60mpg. Especially on short stop start journeys. You must be clocking the mileage in kilometers .
