  1. I use the same place as Snappy, but on Deer, its called the Atlas joint, and can be done with a variety of tools, including a knife if the animal isnt very active. It may be worth getting someone to show you how to use a knife, if you are rightly concerned about a Centre fire round at close proximity. Remember there is no legal minimum calibre for human dispatch.. Yo can also use a shotgun. Think you mean humane lolol

  3. Had one for years, it was rock solid but a bit of a weighty lump ! Wont go wrong with a browning mate
  4. If there in the moult they will be off feeding and light & all the other tips wont help. Try some poultry spice on some layers pellets mine lap it up....

  9. What sort of advice is that ! Relocating it just makes a problem for somebody else and we all know that urban foxes dont make it in the countryside.

  12. I've had mine 3 yrs , spot on, no splits, neoprene rubbed off or anything. Just worn out now, I'll be getting another pair for sure
  13. seems a good deal mate, guess depends on how many others guns there are and how many turn up on each shoot day
  14. We've been offered some wheat thats just been cut & is still green and in the husk. Will this be OK for feeding pheasants later in the season or are we better getting the stuff thats been dehusked (????) and put through a drier ? Any constructive comments welcome. Thanks

  17. Is it FAC ? I'd have a good hard think before shooting a hare with an airifle........ unless it was sat on the end of my barrel that is and then that wouldnt be exactly sporting !

  19. been quoted £130 collected per tonne. It was £ last year by us ........... Thing that pisses me off is everybody is onto this "well the american / russian crops have failed" you watch, next yera when all is tickety boo prices wont drop !!!!
