The guys a complete c**t........... I couldnt care less, its a sport for ponces n nonces anyway (except for that russian bird ). Remember he's Scottish not British ! Before you all start I dont have a problem with Scots per se just the ones who have this particular chip on their shoulder Couldnt put it better,i wish he was British but thats not what he wants to be!!! Not quite sure about digging ponds much myself but the recommended depths for mallard and teal feeding are no more than 9inches deep for Mallard and no more than 6inches for teal but that can just be around the edges shallower ponds always work very well. Bet he's made up to read its so shallow, what with having to dig it by hand pmsl

Mate, DONT bother with the glue . If infection gets in chance mutt will lose a paw !! It will take at least 2 weeks before she can run on it, more if you've any sense. Rush it and dog will be forever prone to same cut opening. My spaniel is just recuperating from same thing

Hodge, I've got one exactly the same but with a quality 6X44 scope (unbranded but great in lowlight conditions) and leather padded sling but am selling with no recharging bottle. Let you have it for £550 if you want it. Could meet you 1/2 way if you like as am only in Liverpool. -
Mate You need leghorns, they lay great eggs and plenty of them. Failing that any chicken with white lobes (roundabout where you'd expect to see ears on a human head) will be a prolific layer !! & yes I do keep leghorns myself Taste wise, I reckon its down to what you feed the chooks not what breed they are. Our eggs are bloody great and we feed layers pellets (once they are 20 wks +) with about a handful of corn each day, dont forget good grit (oystershell is best) and loads of water. They really do benefit from being allowed to range as well. ALL egg production will be down a bit

Hi mate, no more than 2 poss 3 full size or 4 or 5 bantams.......... be sure to fox proof yer pen Your lucky ! Breedwise for egglaying I'd recommend Leghorns (any colour), from a moral point of view get ex battery hens (this is very satisfying) or you could go the rare breeds route. Obviously bantam eggs will be a lot smaller arent they a active bird and good flyers though ,means i`d have to get netting over the top of the run thxs Keep ours freerange in a garden with 4' fence panels, they do fly (well flap about really) but have never flown away ! Keep em well fed n wa
